Happy Valentine's Day!!

Well, I decided to try something I saw on Pinterest. I was skeptical that it would be as easy as it sounded but it truly was very easy. I wanted to make these cute little hearts to adorn some brownie cups I wanted to make.  I placed some white chocolate melts into a ziploc bag and melted them in 20 second intervals until completely melted.  Then, I snipped the corner of the bag and proceeded to scribble these little hearts all over a cookie sheet lined with a sheet of wax paper.

It took less than five minutes to complete a cookie sheet full of these little gems!  I placed them in the freezer for another five minutes and they were ready!!

Bacon & Swiss Breakfast Burritos

One of my favorite things to order at one of our local tea rooms is Quiche Lorraine.  I couldn't help but think these flavors would be a great variation for the breakfast burrito recipe!  I ended up only making a half a batch because I didn't want to be stuck with a large batch of burritos I didn't care for!  Well, I should've made the big batch because I ended up making more today!  They are so yummy!!  These would even make a great lunch or supper as well!!  Hope you enjoy!!  I've added the recipe below but if you would like a more detailed recipe on how to make the burritos and get them ready for the freezer click here!

Bacon & Swiss Breakfast Burritos

6 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)
2 green onions finely chopped (white & green parts)
6 eggs
6 T. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup swiss cheese
8 flour tortillas

Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.  In a skillet sprayed with cooking spray, cook eggs over medium heat until set.  Add in bacon, onions, and cheese.  Cook just until cheese is melted.  Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool for 5-10 minutes.  Use a 1/3 cup of mixture for each tortilla.  Wrap in saran wrap and foil and freeze.  To reheat from frozen, place in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
